Return Policy:
Incorrect Items: If the merchandise is not what you ordered, Apache Armaments, LTD will offer an in-store credit for the purchase price (less shipping and handling costs) if returned by you within 10 days of receipt (for online orders: 10 days from the day the package was delivered). Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Item must be unused and in 100% original condition with all labels and papers intact. Apache Armaments, Ltd. cannot replace, accept return of or refund products that have been used.
Shortages or missing products: Need to be reported within 5 days of receipt of item.
Orders cancelled while processing (order has been placed, invoiced and/or shipped) and unopened items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returned goods will only be accepted within a 30 days of the original invoice date. Refused shipments are subject to return freight charges and up to a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping
All orders will attempt to be shipped within 2-5 Business Days of the time the order is completely processed. If we do not ship an in-stock item from our location within 4 business days, your shipping charges may be waived by Apache Armaments. We typically ship via USPS. The number of days USPS counts to deliver a package is based upon “Business Days.” A business day does NOT include Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, and the day the package was picked up.
Any shipping shortages must be reported within 5 days of the package being delivered.
State Compliance
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING THAT THE PARTS YOU ORDER ARE LEGAL IN YOUR STATE. If the part you are ordering needs any modifications due to your state’s laws (ex: non-threaded barrel restriction, barrel length restriction, collapsable stock pinned, magazine capacity limit), please notify us at the time of ordering to avoid any delays. In the case that a firearm has been shipped to a state where the part is not legal, the customer will be charged for the return shipping fee, and a 20% restocking fee.
