- Description
- The upper receiver is made from 7075 aircraft grade aluminum and is also hard coat anodized to military specifications.
- This 16 inch parkerized barrel is made from 4150 high vanadium steel. The high vanadium and chromium content in the 4150 steel results in a barrel less susceptible to pitting than barrels made of the standard 4140 gun barrel steel.
- The parkerized finish is a manganese phosphate process applied in compliance with military specifications for corrosion resistance.
- This barrel has been threaded to 1/2 x 28 to accept standard muzzle devices. We utilize a steel gas block and a stainless steel carbine length gas tube.
- The contour style hand guard is made of 6061 aircraft grade aluminum that has been hard coat anodized to military specifications. This style hand guard is made to take any M-LOK style accessories to fit between the built in Picatinny rails.
- All of our Apache uppers have been test fired and are guaranteed to run with brass cased commercially produced ammunition. Please see our warranty page for warranty information.
